During our trip in May, we went on an excursion to Chon Buri. This was very special and exciting for us, as it was the first time we were able to meet the users of our DENCAI system. Since the users mainly speak Thai, but we don’t, Prof. Saranath kindly gave our presentation on the system in Thai. Even though we didn’t understand much, it was nice to see how impressed the users were. This was confirmed when we introduced the systems interactively. We had laptops, cell phones and tablets with us and tried out the systems together with the Thais. The event was the start of the pilot phase, which will be in the 2023 dengue season. We are excited to see how the system is received and look forward to your feedback!
